The  Programs and CD are provided on an "as is" basis. In  the unlikely event that the disk medium is defective in  manufacture, return it within 30 days of receipt to PC Magazine, Circulation Department, One Park Avenue,  5th Floor, New York, NY 10016 and it will be replaced. This is your sole remedy for any defect.
